2. How long is the voucher valid?
The gift voucher is valid for one (1) year from the date of issue, with the option to extend.
3. How do I book a photo session?
Appointments can be booked by email or phone. We will agree on the date, time, and number of people.
4. Where and how does the photography take place?
The photo session takes place in the photo studio in Domžale and lasts about 10 minutes per person.\ When booking, please specify the number of people to adjust the session length accordingly.
5. When do I receive the photos?
Digital photos are delivered within 3 days after the session via email.\ Canvas prints are ready for pickup or shipping within 7–14 days after the session.
6. From what age do you photograph children?
Recommended from about 4 years and older.
7. How should I prepare for the photography session?
Get enough sleep and stay hydrated.\ Before the session, please remove contact lenses or glasses.
