At portretnafotografija.com, we were invited to photograph the latest collection for the online bridal salon Kanasi. Together with the client, we opted for a studio photoshoot against a bright background, as this approach highlights the dress without any distracting elements in the background.

WEDDING DRESS PHOTOSHOOT
The full-day photoshoot required careful planning. Our goal was to create timeless images that reflect the beauty and elegance of Kanasi wedding dresses. During the shoot, we used various photography techniques and lighting setups to ensure a diverse selection of shots, including close-ups of details, mid-length portraits, and full-length dress captures.
Minimalist Setup
We chose a studio photoshoot against a white background, which allows full focus on the dress. By eliminating any distracting elements, we achieved a clean and elegant look that emphasizes the cut, fabric texture, and intricate details. This minimalist approach placed the wedding dresses at the center of attention.
Detail Lighting
We used soft studio lighting to ensure even illumination and prevent harsh shadows. This allowed us to highlight intricate lace patterns and delicate layers of fabric, adding a refined touch to the dresses. Special attention was given to textures and details. Light sources were positioned to emphasize fabric transitions, subtle translucency of certain materials, and luxurious embellishments such as hand-sewn pearls and crystals.
Posing
With subtle movements and graceful postures, we captured the femininity and elegance of the wedding dresses. For each dress, we focused on showcasing its features and details in the best possible way. Long trains were elegantly spread across the floor, while delicate sleeves and corsets were photographed from different angles to provide future brides with a comprehensive view of the dress design.
